Pilates on Zoom

Join the BWC’s stay healthy initiative in it’s first ever Pilates class on zoom hosted by Nikki, an instructor from Yoga by Degrees!

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. If you have 3lb-5lb dumbbells, have them handy (optional).
